For the majority of standard projects, we are happy to provide an upfront cost and duration estimate over the phone or via email—free of charge.
Standard Jobs: If you can describe the issue or provide photos, we can often give you a quote without a visit.
Complex/Unknown Issues: If the job involves unknown factors or requires professional diagnosis, we must dispatch a team member to your location. In these cases, the Service Call Fee applies.

Note on Materials: All applicable materials needed for the job are an additional charge to the client.
For common, standard installations or well-defined projects, we offer Fixed Price (Flat Rate) options instead of hourly billing.
Certainty: You pay one set price for the completed job, regardless of how long it takes us.
Scope: This applies to specific tasks such as TV mounting, faucet replacements, ceiling fan installations, or furniture assembly.
Quote Process: If your job qualifies for a Flat Rate, we will provide this number upfront. If you choose this option, the hourly rate does not apply.
The $150.00 Service Call Fee is essential to secure your appointment and dispatch our team. This fee ensures that our professional time and resources are covered for:

We value transparency in our booking process. By submitting a request for a site visit through our online form, you acknowledge and agree to the Standard Service Call Fee of $150.00 + HST.
Please be aware that this fee will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced at the time of booking/dispatch. Submission of your service request serves as authorization for this charge.
If the assessed work is estimated to take longer than one hour, we will provide you with a full estimate before continuing.
If you agree to the estimate: The $150.00 Service Call Fee is automatically credited toward the final cost of the job. This applies whether you are paying an hourly rate (covering the first hour) or a flat rate (deducted from the project total).
If you decline the estimate: (e.g., find the total cost too high), the $150.00 Service Call Fee remains charged to cover the time spent on assessment and travel.
If you decline the estimate, your $150.00 Service Call Fee becomes a 30-day credit. Should you decide to book the full job with us within 30 days of the original estimate, the full $150.00 will be credited back toward the total cost of the work.
For large projects with an estimated total value exceeding $2,000.00, the $150.00 Service Call Fee is waived, provided the client accepts and proceeds with the work immediately.

Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the work or if any issue arises due to our workmanship, you have 48 hours from the time of completion to contact us.
Resolution: We promise to return to your location promptly to correct our mistake, redo the work, or adjust it to meet your standards—with absolutely no additional labor charge to you.
