Our Pricing Approach

Most jobs have fixed, upfront pricing. We offer flat-rate quotes for the majority of our services, so you know exactly what you’ll pay before we start.

Fixed-Price Services

We provide one set price for common projects, including:

  • TV mounting
  • Ceiling fan installation
  • Faucet replacement
  • Toilet replacement
  • Drywall repair and patching
  • Furniture assembly
  • And many other standard jobs

How it works: We’ll give you a clear, all-inclusive price quote (plus materials). No surprises, no hourly charges—just one fair price for the completed work.

Hourly Rate Services

For jobs that require on-site assessment or involve unpredictable factors, we use our hourly structure:

  • Service Call Fee: $120 + HST (covers travel, assessment, written estimate, and the first full hour of labor)
  • Additional Hours: $75/hour + HST for any work beyond the first hour

Materials

Client Options: You’re welcome to purchase materials yourself, or we can supply them at cost.

Our Stock: If you describe your job in advance, we’ll do our best to bring necessary materials with us to save time.

Material Runs: If we need to purchase materials during your appointment, please note that travel and shopping time is billable at our hourly rate. To avoid extra charges, we recommend providing job details ahead of time so we can come prepared.

Free Estimates

We’re happy to provide free estimates for most projects over the phone or email. Simply describe the work or send photos, and we’ll give you a quote—no charge, no obligation.

For complex issues that require professional diagnosis, we’ll need to visit your location. In these cases, the $120 Service Call Fee applies.

How the Service Call Fee Works

When we need to visit your property for assessment:

  1. If you proceed with the work: The $120 fee covers the assessment and travel.

    • For hourly jobs: It counts as your first full hour of labor, then we charge $75/hour for each additional hour.
    • For fixed-price jobs: The $120 is deducted from your total project cost.
  2. If you decline the estimate: The $120 fee covers our travel time, assessment, and detailed estimate. However, it becomes a 30-day credit—if you decide to book the job within 30 days, we’ll apply the full $120 toward your project cost.

Online Booking Agreement

By requesting a service visit through our online booking form, you acknowledge and authorize the $120 + HST Service Call Fee. This ensures we can dispatch our team and dedicate professional time to your project.

The Done Right Guarantee

We guarantee every job we complete.

48-Hour Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with our work or any issue arises due to our workmanship, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We’ll return promptly to correct, redo, or adjust the work to meet your standards—at absolutely no additional labor charge.

1. Easy Scheduling

Getting started is simple. Contact us by phone, email, or through our online booking form. We’ll discuss your project, provide a free estimate for most jobs, and schedule a convenient appointment time. Our team is local, experienced, and ready to help with all your home repair and improvement needs.

2. Professional Arrival

A skilled handyman will arrive at your scheduled time in a clearly marked vehicle with all the necessary tools. You’ll know exactly who to expect, and we respect your time by showing up when we say we will.

3. Quality Work

We get right to work on your project with skill and efficiency. If you’ve purchased materials, we’re happy to work with what you’ve provided. If we need to supply materials, we’ll bill them at cost. Should we need to make a material run during your appointment, please note that travel and shopping time is billable at our hourly rate—so we recommend providing job details in advance so we can come fully prepared.

4. Payment Upon Completion

Once the work is finished to your satisfaction, payment is due for the completed service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. If you need to arrange alternative payment terms, simply let us know in advance and we’ll work with you.
